How to Apply for Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2024
Step-by-Step Application Process
- Visit the Official Website: Go to tnmedicalselection.net.
- Select UG Courses: Click on the UG courses tab and choose MBBS/BDS.
- Choose the Application Link: Click on the link to apply for MBBS/BDS courses under the government or management quota, including NRI seats for the 2024-2025 session.
- Register and Log In: Select the online application tab, register, and log in with the generated credentials.
- Fill Out the Application Form: Complete the application form and upload the required documents.
- Pay the Fee: Pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs 500 for government quota seats and Rs 1,000 for management quota seats. SC, SC (Arunthathiyar), and ST candidates from Tamil Nadu are exempt from the fee.
- Submit and Print: Submit the form and take a printout of the confirmation page for your records.

- Eligibility certificate obtained from the Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Guindy, Chennai for the candidates of other universities/boards (except Tamil Nadu board, CBSE board, ISCE board).

Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling For Minority and NRI Candidates
- Linguistic Minority Certificate (Telugu and Malayalam) or Christian Minority Certificate for management quota.
- NRI Status Documentation
- NRI status of financial supporter issued by the Indian Embassy or OCI card.
- Certificate of the relationship between the NRI supporter and the candidate.
- Valid Indian passport of the NRI financial supporter.
- NRE bank account passbook of the financial supporter.
